Having a good posture

Drink lots of water

Nearly 70% of our bodies comprise of water. Hence, it is only natural for us to ensure that this percentage is well maintained. Water also helps to provide lubrication in your joints, regulate your temperature, digestion, and blood flow.

Make it a point to drink at least eight glasses of water every day with each glass having a capacity of 8 ounces. You can also follow this up with exercise to maintain higher stamina and activity levels.

Start meditating

Meditation can help you get inner peace, which is otherwise difficult in the daily hustle-bustle of our lives. You can say a prayer along with meditation to gain a clearer perspective. This can also help you make important decisions without being impulsive.
